Miami Dolphins Vs Carolina Panthers Free Pick – October 15

Scott Morris | October 11, 2023
Panther vs Dolphins

The Miami Dolphins are all set to face the Carolina Panthers on Sunday, October 9 for Week 6 of the 2023 NFL season. The Dolphins will be looking to further solidify their position while the Panthers must take advantage of the game if they are looking to even slightly turn the game around.

The Dolphins are coming off of an impressive 31-16 victory against the New York Giants. On the other side, the Panthers ended their Week 5 with a 42-24 loss against the Detroit Lions.

Week 5 for the Carolina Panthers

The Panthers, on the other hand, are yet to win a game in the 2023 NFL season. They were just not able to put up a good fight against the Lions in Week 5 and went home with a 42-24 loss.

Their team gave it their all but it just wasn’t enough. Their running back Chuba Hubbard led their offense in rushing with 9 carries for 35 yards. Wide receiver Adam Thielen managed 11 catches for 107 yards to try and turn the game around for the team but it didn’t do much. Quarterback Bryce Young finished the game with two interceptions and also connected on three touchdowns as well as on 25/41 passes of 247 yards.

They gained some kind of momentum on offense during the fourth quarter when Young hit Thielen and he stretched the ball across the line for a touchdown. However, it was just too late to make a difference.

As hard as they seem to try, they haven’t accomplished much despite being five weeks into the regular season. They need to see what’s holding them back and improve and they need to do it quickly before it becomes unrecoverable.

Week 5 for the Miami Dolphins

The Dolphins are heading into Week 6 with a solid 4-1 record. The Giants couldn’t outdo them in Week 5 and let them walk away with a 31-16 victory.

Tyreek Hill DolphinsThe player who stole the spotlight that night was Tyreek Hill. He was the best receiver out of all and ended the game with eight catches on nine targets for 181 yards and also a touchdown. He managed all this despite an average target depth of just over six yards and pretty much carried the team towards victory.

Quarterback Tua Tagovailoa finished with not just two touchdowns but also 22/30 passes for 308 yards. He did throw a TD for the opponent as well when Safety Jason Pinnock intercepted Tua in the end zone and ran it back “102 yards” for a TD, the Giant’s only TD of the day. Running back De’Von Achane (added to IR this week) also had a good contribution, finishing with 151 rushing yards on just 11 carries.

The Dolphins continue to dominate; they’re doing something right and they know it. They are more than capable of adding yet another win to their record and will do anything to make that happen.

What to expect in Week 6?

The Week 6 matchup will be quite an exciting battle for strength. The Dolphins have continued to dominate and definitely have more of an edge in this upcoming game but the Panthers will surely not back down without a fight. The current spread is Miami -13.5 and the total is 48. There is simply zero reason to think that Miami will not continue to roll at home. They are 2-0 at home and blew out both opponents. The Panthers are rated as the worst team in the pros by several major publications. Take the ‘Fins to get the job done. If you are feeling froggy then also bet on the OVER as this should actually be about 52. The Dolphins cannot be stopped and the Panthers cannot stop them. Equally, the Miami defense also allows a lot of points. Bet this now at Sportsbetting.ag and get a 100% crypto bonus.
