Rip Off Report – BetTheLine.ag No Pay Complaint Confirmed

About one month ago we had a player reach out to us about not being able to get BetTheLine.ag to pay him his winnings. He completed all the rollover requirements and had worked is balance up to over $7500 USD. He provided us with proof of the account and having met the rollover requirement. He also forwarded us emails showing that he had requested payment and that this sportsbook had agreed to pay him.

After weeks of not getting paid he began complaining to the sportsbook. They stopped responding to his complaints. He then found our site and asked if there was anyway we could help. We sent am email to BTL on his behalf asking if they could tell us what was happening. They did respond by saying they would do so in a few days and that the player was “creating quite the fuss” there.

After one week passed and not having heard back from BetTheLine we emailed them again. There was no response. Last week we emailed them again. No response.

It appears that they are stiffing this customer for what ended up being $8700 when all was said and done. They have blocked all communication with him and are stealing his winnings.

BetTheLine.ag is already Rated F with our sportsbook rating guide. We have added them to our sportsbook blacklist.

Our hopes are that this page will rank high enough that people considering using BetTheLine find it first and are able to avoid this scam sportsbook.
