NFC East
According to the numbers below, people are all over the Cowboys. Did Jerry Jones make enough moves in the offseason to warrant all this action? I’m not so sure.
The Redskins have a surprising amount of action. Does the public know something that I don’t? Or are they just taking the shot at the 8/1 payout?

---|---|---|---|
Dallas | +125 | 20% | 6% |
Philadelphia | +140 | 53% | 35% |
Giants | +650 | 15% | 3% |
Washington | +800 | 35% | 44% |
NFC North
The NFC North has action spread around pretty well. The Bears are receiving more action than other teams in the division however. Chicago signed Nick Foles to compete with Mitchell Trubisky for the starting job. They also just brought in seven other free agents, one of them being TE Jimmy Graham.
Team | Odds | % of tickets | % of money |
---|---|---|---|
Packers | +125 | 26% | 18% |
Vikings | +200 | 15% | 14% |
Bears | +300 | 33% | 53% |

NFC South
Its pretty obvious that the money is following Tom Brady down to Tampa. Not only are they favorites to win the division now, but they also have 86% of the cash bet on them to do so. Of course, this is early in the betting season, but you can count on at least half of the money will stay on Brady and his new Bucs.
Team | Odds | % of tickets | % of money |
---|---|---|---|
New Orleans | -125 | 14% | 8% |
Tampa Bay | +200 | 66% | 86% |
Atlanta | +600 | 10% | 4% |
Carolina | +1400 | 10% | 2% |
NFC West
Obviously there is a lot more confidence in Arizona than in years past. With the developing young QB and the addition of a perennial all-pro WR, the Cards are looking for great things. The fact that they are +1200 also helps. The 49ers have not lost much from their NFC Championship team from last season, so it hard to see them not wining this division again.
Team | Odds | % of tickets | % of money |
---|---|---|---|
San Francisco | -110 | 20% | 29% |
Seattle | +350 | 16% | 12% |
Rams | +400 | 9% | 19% |
Arizona | +500 | 55% | 40% |
