College Football Odds – Bama Jumps Over Clemson
Its no surprise for the people who watched Clemson struggle in Chapel Hill, NC. that the Tigers and Alabama swapped places on the odds board.
The Tar Heels gave the Tigers all they could handle. Clemson was able to pull out the one point win. UNC’s Mack Brown decided to go for a two point conversion to win the game, a decision that I cannot bash. The conversion failed and Clemson held on to the lead and won.
The Tide jumped Clemson in the weekly team rankings as well. Other teams receiving votes for number one were Georgia and Ohio State.
Alabama only has a few teams capable of hanging with them left on their schedule. LSU and Auburn have the best chance at beating this team. Texas A&M may cause Alabama trouble as well. But Alabama will be favored in all of these games.
Barring a upset you can count on Alabama to coast into the NCAA Football Playoffs as the number one overall seed. It’s their position to lose.
