BetPhoenix Offers Free Bet to Player Who Lost Payment

A while back we were informed of and investigated a charge by a player that Bet Phoenix (Rated A+) was slow paying them. After investigation by the sportsbook it appears that the payment was accepted by the player and he admits he may have signed for it and thrown it out accidentally.
In good faith BetPhoenix has offered the player a $1000 free play with a 4X rollover. The player has received the free play credit.
