Sportsbook News: TopBet.eu In Fine Standing

We received an email from a reader asking about a recent rash of payout issues with A+ rated sportsbook TopBet.eu. Here is the email we received: “I see on another review website that Topbet has multiple pending payments. Is this something that is of concern to SportsbookAdvisor.com? How can you have them rated so highly when there are late-pays?”

We contacted TopBet and have received a satisfactory response. Here is their response: “Yes, there were payout issues with a small group of players that requested payouts back onto their credit cards. In an effort to speed things along these players are being paid again via check by courier or an alternative credit/debit card instead of us just waiting to get the funds returned back to us or waiting to have the payments cleared. All the effected players have been contacted by our support team. ~TopBet”

In this online sportsbook industry there can be hiccups from time to time. Just like with any company that is processing payment to many customers, insurance companies come to mind, there may be a”log jamming effect” or even a processor break down. TopBet has been in great standing with SBA for three years and we currently have no outstanding/unresolved complaints on file.
