NBA Friday Night OVER/UNDER Lineup
The NBA regular season is nearing its conclusion. Most teams have four or fewer games left before the postseason begins. On Friday night there are a number of interesting matchups with some have huge playoff implications.
One must remember that games during this time of the season are quite hard to handicap due to teams resting players and players who are out of the playoff picture have their minds elsewhere. Therefore the OVER/UNDER is a solid alternative.
Boston vs. Cleveland
The pair has played two shootouts this season, but LeBron James will likely rest this game and with him not in the lineup, Cleveland averages 91 points per game. UNDER looks good on a line that is 194 or lower.
Charlotte vs. Atlanta
Both games this season between the two cashed OVER quite easily. The OVER has cashed 12-2 in the past 14 games between the two teams. Line is up to 196.
Wizards vs. Nets
The UNDER has gone 7-2 during the past 9 games between the two. Both games this season have gone UNDER. Both games were blowouts, which helps an UNDER cause.
Kings vs. Thunder
The UNDER has cashed in each of the past 6 games between the two teams. Neither team will have a full strength lineup tonight. With George Karl coaching since the All-Star break, the Kings are 16-8 on the OVER.
Spurs vs. Rockets
The two played Wednesday and scored 208 between them The game has huge playoff seeding implications and could mean a more defensive struggle, but betting the UNDER is hard to do with these two teams because of their three point shooting.
Utah vs. Memphis
It is not often you see an NBA point total line as low as the 178. However, with these two teams the UNDER is commonplace. Memphis is 5-0-1 to the UNDER over its past six games. In three head to head games between the two this season, the UNDER is 2-1.
Minnesota vs. Los Angeles Lakers
The total keeps rising on this as it opened at 204 and is up to 206.5. If the teams are hot the total could reach 240 but if not it could be 180. Neither team plays any defense, which makes the OVER look good here.
