QB Alex Smith to Chiefs – Season Props

With the announcement that the NFC Champ San Francisco 49ers have traded QB Alex Smith to the Kansas City Chiefs, there are naturally going to be prop bets on how well he will do with them this first season.

Apparently, when the 49ers stated that they wanted to keep Alex Smith on the team last week, it was mere window dressing so that he would not appear to lose any value on the market. But anybody who knows football knows that the 49ers were going to trade him. He was due a multi-million dollar year this season and is now the 2nd string QB. That wouldn’t be prudent, as George HW Bush used to say.
